Deliberations centred on the implementation of the Nari Shakti Vandan Adhiniyam, increasing women's participation in the State Cabinet, statutory bodies, commissions, and public institutions, while also addressing the effective empowerment of elected women representatives in Panchayati Raj Institutions by eliminating practices such as "Sarpanch Pati" through stronger institutional support, leadership training, and administrative safeguards.

The House further deliberated on advancing women's economic empowerment and social security through higher female labour force participation, entrepreneurship, skill development, and improved access to formal employment. Discussions examined the need for safer workplaces through effective implementation of the Prevention of Sexual Harassment (POSH) Act, 2013, stronger institutional mechanisms to combat cybercrimes against women, and policies promoting women's inheritance rights in agricultural land, financial inclusion, Self-Help Groups, and market linkages through heritage, tourism, and value-addition initiatives. Participants also highlighted the importance of accessible public transport, childcare infrastructure, industry-oriented employment policies, and increasing women's leadership in engineering, public infrastructure, administration, and sports governance to create an enabling ecosystem for women-led development.

The session further explored the role of gender-responsive governance in achieving Viksit Bharat 2047, with deliberations extending to maternal health and nutrition, AI-enabled early warning systems for child malnutrition, institutional delivery and food security, and creating safe and inclusive environments for women across educational institutions, workplaces, and sporting ecosystems.
