About the Conference

Global Panchayat 3.0, conducted by JKG International School in association with Rajdhani Yuva Sansad, brought together over 350 students from 15+ institutions, including the host school, for an enriching platform of dialogue, diplomacy, and leadership.
The conference featured 12 distinct committees, each deliberating upon a major contemporary issue through thoughtfully curated and pressing agendas. Participants demonstrated exceptional analytical ability, public speaking, negotiation, and leadership skills while engaging in informed and constructive discussions.
The event provided a dynamic environment for young delegates to exchange ideas, appreciate diverse perspectives, and collaboratively develop meaningful solutions to real-world challenges. By fostering intellectual curiosity, civic consciousness, and responsible leadership, Global Panchayat 3.0 stood as yet another milestone in empowering the next generation of changemakers.




Inaugural Ceremony
The opening ceremony of Global Panchayat 3.0, organised by JKG International School in association with Rajdhani Yuva Sansad, marked the beginning of two days of engaging deliberations and collaborative learning. The conference brought together over 350 students from 12 institutions, including the host school, creating an atmosphere of enthusiasm, intellectual curiosity, and meaningful exchange.
The proceedings commenced with the auspicious lighting of the ceremonial lamp by Ms. Nidhi Gaur, Principal of JKG International School, along with the Co-Founders of Rajdhani Yuva Sansad, Adv. Isha Kapoor and Adv. Jai Saini. Their presence lent dignity and significance to the occasion.
In her address, Ms. Nidhi Gaur encouraged delegates to embrace the conference as an opportunity to learn, lead, and engage with confidence. Adv. Isha Kapoor and Adv. Jai Saini motivated the participants to approach every discussion with critical thinking, mutual respect, and a spirit of constructive dialogue.

Committees & Their Scope
The United Nations Committee provided young delegates with an inspiring introduction to international diplomacy through the agenda, "Discussion on the Importance of Maintaining Hygiene and Cleanliness for the Overall Development of Children."
Assuming the roles of delegates representing different countries, the participants confidently presented their respective nations' perspectives, engaged in meaningful dialogue, and worked collaboratively to propose practical and inclusive solutions.
The committee witnessed exceptional enthusiasm and participation as delegates displayed remarkable confidence, awareness, and maturity while deliberating on an issue of global importance. Through persuasive speeches, constructive negotiations, and collaborative discussions, they demonstrated a commendable understanding of international cooperation and collective responsibility. The Lok Sabha – Young Innovators committee immersed students in the workings of India's parliamentary democracy through the agenda, "Discussion on Expanding Digital Learning in Schools for a Better Future."
Assuming the roles of Members of Parliament, the students deliberated on the opportunities and challenges of integrating digital education into classrooms, presenting well-reasoned viewpoints and innovative policy suggestions aimed at strengthening the future of learning.
The committee was marked by insightful debates, thoughtful interventions, and an impressive display of parliamentary decorum. Delegates showcased creativity, critical thinking, and a strong understanding of the evolving educational landscape as they debated measures to make digital learning more accessible, inclusive, and effective. The Creative Press committee celebrated the power of storytelling and media by placing students at the heart of the conference's journalistic ecosystem. Students assumed the roles of journalists, photojournalists, memers, cartoonists, and vloggers, representing various media houses and documenting every significant moment of Global Panchayat 3.0 through their respective creative mediums.
Throughout the conference, participants covered committee proceedings, interviewed delegates, captured memorable moments through photography and videography, designed thought-provoking cartoons and memes, and produced engaging news reports and digital content.
Their creativity, keen observation, and professionalism transformed the committee into a vibrant newsroom, ensuring that every discussion, achievement, and memorable interaction was preserved with authenticity and innovation. Assuming the roles of iconic superheroes and supervillains from the Marvel Universe, participants deliberated on the agenda, "the Dangers of Unchecked Superhuman Power and its Impact on Global Safety."
Representing their respective characters with remarkable creativity and conviction, delegates defended contrasting ideologies, challenged one another's perspectives, and debated the responsibilities that accompany extraordinary power.
Blending imagination with critical thinking, the committee encouraged delegates to analyse complex moral dilemmas through the lens of beloved fictional characters. The Uttar Pradesh Legislative Assembly committee offered delegates an immersive experience into the functioning of a state legislature through the agenda, "Discussion on a Roadmap for Digital Governance: Fostering E-Governance & E-Literacy in the 21st Century." Assuming the roles of Members of the Legislative Assembly (MLAs) of Uttar Pradesh, participants deliberated on policies aimed at strengthening digital governance, enhancing public service delivery, and promoting digital literacy as a cornerstone of inclusive development.
Adding authenticity to the proceedings, the committee commenced with a ceremonial oath-taking activity, where students formally took the oath as Members of the Legislative Assembly before entering the House. The committee witnessed insightful debates, well-researched policy proposals, and engaging discussions as delegates addressed the opportunities and challenges of digital transformation in governance. The Hogwarts Committee transported delegates into the enchanting world of the Harry Potter Universe, where they assumed the roles of beloved witches, wizards, professors, and other iconic characters to deliberate on the agenda, "Discussing the Ethical Boundaries of Magic, Including the Use of Unforgivable Curses and Their Implications on Wizarding Morality."
Representing their respective characters with exceptional creativity and authenticity, delegates engaged in captivating debates on the responsible use of magic, the ethical limits of power, and the moral dilemmas surrounding forbidden spells. The United Nations Security Council (UNSC) was conducted as a Double Delegation Committee, offering delegates a distinctive collaborative experience where two students represented a single country. This unique format encouraged teamwork, strategic coordination, and collective decision-making, allowing participants to debate and negotiate alongside their partners while representing their nation's interests.
The committee deliberated on the agenda, "Deliberation on the Escalating Israel–Iran Conflict and its Implications for International Peace and Security." Assuming the roles of delegates of UNSC, participants analysed the evolving geopolitical landscape, defended their countries' foreign policy positions, and engaged in high-level diplomatic negotiations to address one of the most pressing international security concerns. The committee witnessed rigorous debate, strategic alliances, and well-reasoned negotiations as delegates worked together to draft resolutions aimed at promoting peace, stability, and international cooperation.
The Press committee placed delegates at the centre of the conference's media landscape, where students assumed the roles of journalists, photojournalists, memers, cartoonists, and vloggers, representing various media houses and documenting the proceedings of Global Panchayat 3.0 through their respective creative mediums.
Throughout the conference, delegates covered committee sessions, conducted interviews, captured defining moments through photography and videography, designed engaging cartoons and memes, and produced compelling news reports and digital content. Through their dedication and innovation, the delegates ensured that every debate, achievement, and memorable moment of Global Panchayat 3.0 was brought to life for the entire conference.
The Lok Sabha committee offered delegates an authentic parliamentary experience as they assumed the roles of Members of Parliament, debating the agenda, "Deliberation on India's Space Programme with Focus on Scientific Advancement, Commercial Expansion, and Strategic Leadership." Representing diverse political viewpoints, delegates engaged in comprehensive discussions on India's achievements in space exploration, emerging commercial opportunities, technological innovation, and the nation's growing strategic influence in the global space sector.
The proceedings took a dramatic turn with the introduction of a crisis simulation, revealing that a major Indian space mission had allegedly received funding through a suspicious foreign company. This unexpected development sent shockwaves through the House, compelling Members of Parliament to scrutinise the matter, demand accountability, debate national security implications, and propose immediate policy responses. The committee stood as a testament to the delegates' research, analytical ability, and parliamentary excellence, making it one of the most engaging and memorable experiences of Global Panchayat 3.0.
The AI Summit, the flagship and one of the most innovative committees of Global Panchayat 3.0, offered delegates a futuristic platform to deliberate on one of the defining challenges of the modern era. Participants assumed the roles of representatives of leading Artificial Intelligence platforms, renowned entrepreneurs, global policymakers, and world leaders, bringing diverse perspectives to the committee's discussions.
The committee deliberated on the agenda, "Deliberation on the Socio-Economic Impact of Artificial Intelligence on Employment and Skill Development." Delegates examined the transformative influence of AI on industries, the evolving nature of employment, the emergence of new skill requirements, and the responsibility of governments, businesses, and technology companies in ensuring inclusive and sustainable growth.
By encouraging delegates to think beyond conventional governance models and engage with the technologies shaping tomorrow, the AI Summit truly embodied the spirit of innovation, making it one of the most distinctive and intellectually stimulating experiences of the conference.
The Historic Stakeholders' Meet (HSM) was among the most impactful committees of Global Panchayat 3.0, transporting delegates back to one of India's darkest industrial disasters. The committee deliberated on the agenda, "Bhopal Gas Tragedy" with a freeze date of 3rd December 1984, enabling participants to examine the crisis within its original historical context.
Delegates assumed the roles of the key stakeholders of 1984, including government officials, company representatives, victims, activists, medical professionals, and other individuals directly connected with the tragedy. Through their respective roles, participants analysed the causes, responsibilities, and immediate response to the disaster while engaging in thoughtful discussions on accountability, governance, and humanitarian relief.
Through well-researched arguments and meaningful deliberations, delegates handled the issue with exceptional responsibility, making the Historic Stakeholders' Meet one of the most thought-provoking, memorable, and significant committees of the conference.
The International Press committee served as the official global media wing of Global Panchayat 3.0, offering delegates a realistic and immersive experience of international journalism. Assuming the roles of journalists, photojournalists, cartoonists, memers, vloggers, and correspondents from prominent media houses across the world, participants were entrusted with documenting, analysing, and presenting the conference through diverse forms of media.
Throughout the conference, delegates closely followed committee proceedings, reported on key debates, interviewed participants and captured defining moments through photography and videography, designed editorial cartoons and satirical content, and produced engaging multimedia coverage.
By blending creativity with professional ethics, the committee offered participants invaluable exposure to the responsibilities of modern journalism while reinforcing the importance of credible reporting, effective communication, and media accountability.
